Serve with crackers and your guests will never want to leave. This needs to be refrigerated overnight so make a day ahead. Recipe can be doubled if desired. Also, it freezes well.
7 ½ ounce can red salmon, drained
1 ½ tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ – 2 tablespoons fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dried dill
Salt and black pepper
In a bowl or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
Transfer to a glass bowl
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
