12 oz (340 gm) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 unpeeled orange, cut into eighths and seeded
Sugar or other sweetener, to taste

Place ½ cranberries and ½ orange slices in food processor and process until mixture is evenly chopped.  Transfer to a bowl.  Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices.  Sweeten to your taste.  Store in refrigerator or freezer.  Makes about 3 cups.
