210 g (1 can) of red salmon, drained
 310 g (1 can) asparagus cuts, drained
 1 medium onion, chopped
 4 eggs, lightly beaten
 60 g (1/2 cup) grated tasty cheese
 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
 1 tsp curry powder

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, pour into a greased 23 cm pie dish, and cover.

Microwave on MEDIUM for about 12 minutes or until almost set. Stand 5 minutes before serving.
