Serve with crackers and your guests will never want to leave. This needs to be refrigerated overnight so make a day ahead. Recipe can be doubled if desired. Also, it freezes well.

 7 ½ oz can red salmon, drained
 1 ½ tbsp minced onion
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 ½ tsp finely grated lemon rind
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 ½ cup butter, melted
 1 ½ tbsp - 2 tbsp fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
 salt and black pepper

In a bowl or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

Transfer to a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
