Combine blueberries and ¼ cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

Combine cornstarch and 2 tbsp water. Add to blueberries, stir, and remove from heat. May be served hot or cold. Will last in refrigerator 3-4 days, and may be re-warmed in the microwave. Use on pancakes, ice cream, pudding, cereal, or other fruit.
