½ ripe mango
1 small ripe banana, sliced
5 fluid ounces of semi-skimmed milk
4 fluid ounces of orange juice
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. caster sugar
2 heaped tbsp. vanilla frozen yogurt

1. Peel the skin from the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Chop the flesh and put in the blender with the banana
2. Add the milk, orange juice, lime juice, sugar
and frozen yogurt
3. Blend on medium speed for approx. 30 seconds or until smooth and frothy
4. Pour into glass and serve immediately

us absorb another of mangoes benefits (iron). While this juicy fruit may seem like an indulgence, it’s easier on the budget than blueberries and pomegranates.
