Keep Well is an exercise and wellness program for older adults. The program includes one hour of exercise followed by a social hour and other activities. Keep Well is open and inclusive to all participants and the program is free or by donation. Programs take place every week throughout the year (except August) at various community locations from Parkgate to Dundarave. These sites include:
