North Shore Keep Well held their Annual Tea on June 19th, 2019, followed by the AGM. Annual Tea Event
North Shore Keep Well Society’s Annual General Meeting will take place in the Card Room at Silver Harbour Seniors’ Activity Centre at 144 East 22nd Street in North Vancouver, on Wednesday, June 19th, 2019 at 3:15 p.m. All members welcome.
In July there will be exercises only at North Shore Neighbourhood House, Parkgate, Silver Harbour, West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre and Kiwanis Lynn Manor. In August there will be exercises only at Silver Harbour and Kiwanis Lynn Manor. No exercises on July 1st.
We welcome everyone back after a holiday break, including Christmas and New Year Festivities. We now need to renew our energy level. Our programs are all up and running now and we welcome you to come out (and bring your friends). We hope that you "Keep Well and Stay Healthy in 2019”! [...]

Keep Well Week on the North Shore was celebrated from September 17th to 21st. An exercise demonstration at Capilano Mall on Wednesday, September 19th attracted a lot of attention. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us. A big Thank You to Starbucks at Capilano Mall who supplied the coffee.
The North Shore Keep Well Society held a major fund raising event of a Fashion Show and Silent Auction at Silver Harbour Centre on October 12, 2018. A Volunteer Tea was held on June 20, 2018 to thank all our wonderful Keep Well volunteers. This year it was enjoyed by over 90 energetic volunteers and everyone was able to reconnect with their friends and associates. Board members and several Dignitaries honoured them as well.
